Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Any cancelled appointment under 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of:

• First cancelled/missed appointment: 50% of the scheduled services.

• Second cancelled/missed appointment: 50% of the scheduled services + nonrefundable deposit* for next appointment.

• Third cancelled/missed appointment: 100% of scheduled service and cannot book again.

If appointments are cancelled under 24 hours due to illness, emergency or weather the cancellation fee will be waived. A nonrefundable deposit* may be required to book the next appointment.

*nonrefundable deposits will go toward the total service amount of the next scheduled appointment unless that appointment is missed.
